Mt. Kearsage Indian Museum
Each Sunday we honor the Abenaki who lived in this area and perhaps on the land of this church. Through a desire to put our words into action, the Social Justice committee identified the Mount Kearsarge Indian Museum in Warner NH as a recipient of February’s special collection.
This almost-local museum has been honored as one of the Ten Best Indian Museums in the country. There is a display of Abenaki but also displays from many indigenous people from across our country. We hope you help us support the Museum's plan to continue to improve their exhibits with an eye to honoring the traditions and wisdom of our indigenous people.
All donations to the Museum in the month of February 2025 will be matched up to $500 from our social justice fund. You can donate any time this month online or mail a check to PUUC, with "Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum" in the memo line.
