Use this form to donate a MEAL to the May 2026 PUUC Auction. Maybe a specialty to-go dinner, homemade almost anything, or unique edibles for the season. Be sure to include the whole menu; whether food is gluten-free, vegan, organic, or has dairy, nuts, or other allergens; how many people served; and if meal is pick-up or delivered, within what designated geographic area.
Fill out ONE FORM for each donation. DO NOT put multiple items on one form.
All donation forms need to be turned in by 4/25.
